Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 6(1) of the Act, this Part enables the working out of the amount of a vacancy fee payable by a person in relation to each dwelling on residential land in which the person has acquired an interest.
(2) That acquisition of the interest in the residential land is the relevant acquisition .
