Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) This section applies for working out the amount of a fee under section 27 for a variation of a no objection notification if the fees under subsection 113(1) of the Foreign Acquisitions Act payable for the actions specified in the no objection notification were payable before 1 January 2021 under the old law.
(2) Section 27 applies to the variation as if each fee referred to in paragraph 27(b) were worked out under the old law rather than under this instrument.
