FRINGE BENEFITS TAX AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 246 OF 2009) - REG 2

                These Regulations are taken to have commenced as follows:

                (a)    on 1 June 2005 -- regulations 1, 2 and 3 and Schedule 1;

               (b)    on 11 March 2009 -- regulation 4 and Schedule 2;

                (c)    on 28 April 2009 -- regulation 5 and Schedule 3.
