43.01 Application of amendments relating to genuine steps statements
Subrules 5.03(3) and 8.02(3) apply in relation to proceedings started on or after 3 February 2014.
This Division expires on 3 February 2015 as if it had been repealed by other Rules made under the Act.

1A.1 This Schedule, as amended by the Federal Court Amendment (Costs and Other Measures) Rules 2013 , applies to work done or services performed on or after 1 January 2014.
