Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 70C of the Family Law Act, a State child order made under a law of a prescribed State may be registered in a court having jurisdiction under Part VII of the Family Law Act by filing a sealed copy of the order in a registry of the court.
(2) For the purposes of section 70D of the Family Law Act, a State child order made by a court of a State may be registered in another State in a court having jurisdiction under the Family Law Act by filing a sealed copy of the order in a registry of the court of the other State.
(3) In this rule:
"State " includes a Territory.
