Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) In these Rules:
"Act " means the Federal Circuit Court of Australia Act 1999 .
"Bankruptcy Act " means the Bankruptcy Act 1966 .
"bankruptcy notice " means a bankruptcy notice issued by the Official Receiver under section 41 of the Bankruptcy Act.
"Bankruptcy Regulations " means the Bankruptcy Regulations 1996 .
(2) An expression used in these Rules and in the Dictionary to the Federal Circuit Court Rules 2001 has the same meaning in these Rules as it has in the Federal Circuit Court Rules 2001 .
(3) Subrule (2) has effect subject to rule 1.06.
