These Regulations are the Federal Court of Australia Regulations 1978.

[2] Additional amendments

The following subparagraphs are amended by omitting `AUSTUDY within the meaning of the AUSTUDY Regulations' and inserting `a youth allowance, or an austudy payment, within the meaning of the Social Security Act 1991 ':

* subparagraph 2 (4) (b) (iv)
* subparagraph 2AA (2) (g) (iv)
* subparagraph 2A (2) (f) (iv).
