1985 No. 342 FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA (DELEGATION OF POWERS) RULES - ORDER 1 RULE 2

2. In these Rules -
    "Registrar" means the Principal Registrar, a Registrar or a Deputy Registrar 
of the Family Court of Australia;

    "the Act" means the Family Law Act 1975;

    "the Court" means the Family Court of Australia.
