1997 No. 107 FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 6

6.1 Paragraph 2A (2) (d): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(d) the proceeding is one to which subregulation 2 (1C), 2 (1D) or 2 (2)
applies; or".

6.2 Paragraph 2A (2) (db): Omit the paragraph.

6.3 Paragraph 2A (2) (h): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(h) the proceeding is a proceeding in the Court in the exercise by the Court
of original jurisdiction vested in it by the Bankruptcy Act  1966 .".
