FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 55 - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 2AA (1):
Omit "subregulation (2),", substitute "subregulations (1A) and (2),".

3.2 After subregulation 2AA (1), insert:

"(1A) If a fee has been paid for mediation in relation to the proceeding, the
setting down fee for the proceeding is reduced by the amount of the fee paid
for the mediation.".
