FEDERAL COURT (CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS) RULES 2016 (F2016L01726) - RULE 1.28
Power to act by lawyer
A lawyer who is acting for a party to criminal proceedings may do an act, or
thing, that the party is required or permitted to do unless the context or
subject matter indicates otherwise.
Note: A corporation may
enter a plea by writing signed by a representative--see rule 1.41.
