Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered RegulationsA party may call an expert to give evidence at a trial or hearing of criminal proceedings only if the party:
(a) has, at least 21 days before the day fixed for the start of the trial or the hearing, given all other parties a copy of an expert report by the expert that complies with rule 6.02; and
(b) has otherwise complied with this Part.
