1980 No. 87 FEDERAL COURT RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 4

4. Rule 1 of Order 10 of the Federal Court Rules is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (2) (a) (xiv) "and"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-paragraph (2) (a) (xv) and substituting the following
        sub-paragraphs:

"(xv) the disclosure of reports of experts; and

        (xvi)  costs;".
