1980 No. 87 FEDERAL COURT RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 8
Setting down appeal
8. Rule 29 of Order 52 of the Federal Court Rules is amended by adding at the
end thereof the following sub-rule:
"(6) The Court or a Judge, if satisfied that it is expedient to do so, may at
any time order that an appeal be heard at a place and or time other than that
provided for by this rule.".
