1986 No. 157 FEDERAL COURT RULES (AMENDMENTS) - RULE 8

8. After sub-rule 4 (2) of Order 33 add the following sub-rule-

"(3) This rule does not apply to evidence taken pursuant to an order made
under sub-section 7V (1) of the Evidence Act 1905 or a record of that
evidence.".
