1988 No. 217 THE FEDERAL COURT RULES (AMENDMENTS) - RULE 3
3. Rule 3 of Order 41 is amended by omitting rule 3 and substituting the
following rule: Details to be shown on first page of a document
"3. (1) A document prepared by a party for use in the Court shall have a
horizontal line drawn at the foot of the first page below which shall be
shown:
(a) the name, address, telephone number and, if applicable, the number of
the facsimile receiver of the solicitor for the party, and, if the
solicitor acts in the proceedings by an agent, the name, address,
telephone number and, if applicable, the number of the facsimile
receiver of the agent; and
(b) where a notice for service at a document exchange is filed under Order
7, rule 7, the exchange box number.
"(2) Where a party preparing a document for use in the Court is not
represented by a solicitor, paragraph (1) (a) does not apply but instead the
name and address for service of the party, and his or her telephone number, if
any, shall be shown.".
