1989 No. 318 FEDERAL COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 17

17. Rule 22 of Order 52 of the Federal Court Rules is amended by omitting
paragraph (3) (a) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(a)file and serve notice of his or her contention on the appellant;".
