5. Order 65, rules 3, 4 and 5 (Form; Parties; Documents to be filed)

5.1 Omit the rules, substitute: Judicial management or winding up

"3. Except for an application under s. 59 of the Life Insurance Act 1945 an
application under Division 8 of Part III of the Life Insurance Act 1945 by a
judicial manager, the Commissioner, a liquidator or any other person
interested, must be by notice of motion and be supported by affidavit.".
