1993 No. 137 FEDERAL COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 17

17.1 After rule 19, insert: Order sanctioning non-compliance with Part
3.2A-section 243ZD

"19A. (1) This rule applies to an application for an order or orders under
section 243ZD of the Corporations Law.

"(2) An application must specify the condition prescribed in Part 3.2A of the
Corporations Law in respect of which the applicant seeks a declaration.

"(3) As soon as practicable after filing the application, but in any event not
later than 14 days after the date of filing, the applicant must serve a copy
of the application:

   (a)  on the other parties to the transaction to which the application
        relates; and

   (b)  if the company to which the application relates is not the applicant
        or a party to the proceeding-on that company.

"(4) The Court may direct that notice of an application under section 243ZD of
the Corporations Law be given by advertisement or otherwise to such persons or
classes of persons as the Court determines, and may adjourn the application
for that purpose.".
