21. Order 62, rule 43 (Reconsideration)
21.1 Subrule 43 (2):
Omit "unless", substitute "unless, in exceptional circumstances,".
21.2 Subrule 43 (4): Omit the subrule, substitute:
"(4) The taxing officer may deal with the costs of the objections to the
decision in any manner allowed under subrule 41 (7).".
