23.1 Form 6: Omit the Form.

23.2 Form 41: Subparagraph (c) (ii):
Omit "above place not later than the day before the first day", substitute
"above place, or at the Registry of the Court nearest to the place at which
this subpoena was served, not later than 2 days before the day".

23.3 Form 41: Note 2: Omit "party", substitute "person".

23.4 Form 43: Note 2: Omit the note.
