23. Order 65, rule 3 (Judicial management or winding up)

23.1 Omit the rule, substitute:

"3. Except for an application under section 157 of the Life Insurance Act 
1995 , an application under Part 8 of that Act by a judicial manager, the
Commissioner, a liquidator or any other interested person, must be made by
notice of motion and be supported by affidavit.".
