3. Order 1, rule 4 (Interpretation)
3.1 Definition of "document":
Omit "s. 7A of the Evidence Act 1905", substitute "the Dictionary in the
Evidence Act 1995".
3.2 Definition of "examination": Omit "Part IIIB of the Evidence Act 1905,",
substitute "Division 1 of Part 2 of the Foreign Evidence Act 1994,".
3.3 Definition of "examiner": Omit "paragraph 7V (1) (a) or (b) of the
Evidence Act 1905,", substitute "paragraph 7 (1) (a) or (b) of the
Foreign Evidence Act 1994,".
