FEDERAL COURT (BANKRUPTCY) RULES 2005 (SLI NO 341 OF 2005) - REG 2.02

                For the purposes of paragraph 35A (1) (h) of the Act, if the Court or a Judge so directs, a Registrar may exercise a power of the Court under a provision of the Bankruptcy Act mentioned in Schedule 2.
