1992 No. 406 FISHERIES (EAST COAST TUNA LONGLINE FISHERY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2
2. Regulation 4 (Prescribed classes of endorsements-paragraph 5 (b) of the Act)
2.1 Paragraph 4(b): Omit the paragraph, substitute:
"(b) endorsements of the kind referred to in paragraph 6 (b) of Fisheries
Notice No. TEC 5 and in force immediately before 15 December 1991;".
2.2 After paragraph 4 (b), insert:
"(ba) endorsements of the kind referred to in paragraph 6 (b) of Fisheries
Notice No. TEC 5, other than endorsements referred to in paragraph (b);".
2.3 Paragraphs 4 (d) and 4(e): Omit the paragraphs.
