Supporting Younger Veterans Grants

To provide funding to organisations to provide support to veterans from conflicts after 1999, by means that include:

(a) undertaking activities and projects to facilitate the health and social well-being of those veterans; and

(b) assisting those veterans in their transition to civilian life.
