Insert:
| 23 | Loan to the University of the Sunshine Coast | To provide a loan to the University of the Sunshine Coast to construct infrastructure to support the delivery of higher education services and innovation. This purpose also has the effect it would have if it were limited to providing a loan: (a) in connection with assisting Australia to meet its obligations under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, particularly Article 13; or (b) in connection with trade and commerce with other countries, or among the States and Territories; or (c) to provide benefits to students. |
