| 325 | Advanced Welding Training Centre | To support the establishment and operation of an advanced welding training centre as a measure to train and upskill apprentices and workers. This objective also has the effect it would have if it was limited to engaging in measures to meet Australia's obligations under the following: (a) the International Labour Organization's Convention concerning Employment Policy, in particular Articles 1 and 2; (b) the International Labour Organization's Convention concerning Vocational Guidance and Vocational Training in the Development of Human Resources, in particular Articles 1, 2 and 4; (c) the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, in particular Articles 2 and 6(2). |
