Grants for farm business assistance for former recipients of the Farm Household Allowance

To establish and fund a scheme for making loans to eligible farm businesses.

National Institute for Forest Products Innovation

To establish and fund the National Institute for Forest Products Innovation in order to develop, fund and promote innovation and research activities relating to forestry products.

This purpose also has the effect it would have if it were limited to providing support for activities to the extent that such activities are otherwise peculiarly adapted to the government of a nation and cannot otherwise be carried on for the benefit of the nation.
