Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Regulations 1997
1 Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table item 492, column headed "Objective(s)", paragraph (f) (first occurring))
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(f) declare that during the period of the restrictions they reside or are employed, or resided or were employed, in the hotspot area; and
(fa) declare that during the first 14 days of the period of the restrictions they:
(i) have, or had, liquid assets of less than $10,000; or
(ii) have, or had, liquid assets of $10,000 or more; and

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(h) declare that during the period of the restrictions they are, or were, in an area where restrictions have been imposed on persons who were previously present in the hotspot area; and
(ha) declare that during the first 14 days of the period of the restrictions they:
(i) have, or had, liquid assets of less than $10,000; or
(ii) have, or had, liquid assets of $10,000 or more; and
