1986 No. 150 FUTURES INDUSTRY REGULATIONS - REG 12

12. Where-

   (a)  a person produces a document that is issued by the Commission; and

   (b)  that document states that the person may require the production of
        books pursuant to paragraph 13 (4) (a) or (b), as the case may be, of
        the Act, that document is evidence of-

   (c)  the person's authority to require the production of books in
        accordance with whichever of those paragraphs is specified in that
        document; and

   (d)  any limitation on that authority that is specified in that document
        pursuant to sub-section 13 (6) of the Act.
