Agreement to waive operation of paragraph 83 (2) (b) of the Act in relation to issue of contract notes
23. For the purposes of paragraph 83 (2) (b) of the Act, the prescribed manner
of agreeing to waive the operation of that paragraph is to enter into an
agreement in accordance with Form 11.
