1986 No. 150 FUTURES INDUSTRY REGULATIONS - REG 26

26. (1) For the purposes of sub-section 95 (2) of the Act, in respect of a
profit and loss account and balance sheet prepared by a futures broker, the
prescribed information and matters are-

   (a)  in the case of a futures broker who is not a body corporate-the
        information and matters that are required by Form 14 to be set out in
        that form; or

   (b)  in the case of a futures broker that is a body corporate-the
        information and matters that are required by Form 15 to be set out in
        that form.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section 95 (2) of the Act, in respect of an
auditor's report on the profit and loss account and balance sheet prepared by
a futures broker the prescribed information and matters are the information
and matters that are required by Form 16 to be set out in that form.
