1986 No. 150 FUTURES INDUSTRY REGULATIONS - REG 33

33. (1) For the purposes of section 149 of the Act-

   (a)  an offence committed by a person that is constituted by contravention
        of a provision of the Act specified in Column 2 of Schedule 4 in an
        item in that Schedule is a prescribed offence; and

   (b)  the prescribed penalty in respect of a prescribed offence referred to
        in paragraph (a) is the penalty specified in column 3 of Schedule 4 in
        that item.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section 149 (1) of the Act, Form 19 is the
prescribed form of notice.
