1987 No. 323 FISHERIES LEVY (GREAT AUSTRALIAN BIGHT TRAWL FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 4
Amounts of levy
4. (1) The amount of the levy imposed by the Act on the endorsement of a
licence, being an endorsement included in the class of endorsements referred
to in paragraph 3 (a), is $6,000.
(2) The amount of the levy imposed by the Act on the endorsement of a licence,
being an endorsement included in the class of endorsements referred to in
paragraph 3 (b), is $3,000.
(3) The amount of the levy imposed by the Act on the endorsement of a licence,
being an endorsement included in the class of endorsements referred to in
paragraph 3 (c), is $3,000.
(4) The amount of the levy imposed by the Act on the endorsement of a licence,
being an endorsement included in the class of endorsements referred to in
paragraph 3 (d), is $3,000.
