20. (1) Where an order is made under regulation 16, the responsible Central
Authority shall cause such arrangements as are necessary to be made in
accordance with the order for the return of the child to the applicant.

(2) If, within 7 days after the making of an order under regulation 16, the
responsible Central Authority has not been notified that the order has been
stayed in accordance with sub-rule 1 (10) of Order 32 of the Rules of Court,
the child shall be returned to the applicant.
