FISHING LEVY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2004 (NO. 1) 2004 NO. 71 - SCHEDULE 1

Part 4A Eastern Skipjack Fishery
4A.1 Definition

In this Part:

"ESF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Eastern Skipjack Fishery.

4A.2 Amount of levy
For section 6 of the Levy Act, for an ESF fishing permit that is in force on or after 1 July 2003 and on or before 30 June 2004, the amount of levy is $3 185.85, including a research component of $191.
4A.3 When levy must be paid
For section 110 of the Management Act, the levy mentioned in regulation 4A.2 must be paid on or before the later of the following:

(a)

31 May 2004;

(b)

28 days after the invoice date for the levy.

Part 20A Western Skipjack Fishery
20A.1 Definition
In this Part:

"WSF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Western Skipjack Fishery.

20A.2 Amount of levy
For section 6 of the Levy Act, for an ESF fishing permit that is in force on or after 1 July 2003 and on or before 30 June 2004, the amount of levy is $3 185.85, including a research component of $191.
20A.3 When levy must be paid
For section 110 of the Management Act, the levy mentioned in regulation 20A.2 must be paid on or before the later of the following:

(a)

31 May 2004;

(b)

28 days after the invoice date for the levy.
