FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT RULES 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 62 OF 2008) - RULE 2

                These Rules commence as follows:

                 (a)     on 1 May 2008 -- rules 1, 2 and 3 and Schedule 1; and

                (b)     on 1 July 2008 -- Schedule 2; and

                 (c)     immediately after the commencement of Schedule 2 -- Schedule 3.
