FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT RULES 2009 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 33 OF 2009) - RULE 2

                These Rules commence as follows:

                (a)    on 1 March 2009 -- rules 1 to 3 and Schedules 1 and 2;

               (b)    immediately after the commencement of Schedules 1 and 2 -- Schedules 3 and 4.
