FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 322 OF 2009) - REG 2

                These Regulations commence as follows:

                (a)    on 1 December 2009 -- regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

               (b)    on the commencement of section 147 of the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008  (Vic) -- Schedule 2.
