1985 No. 286 FISHERIES LEVY (SOUTHERN BLUEFIN TUNA FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 3

3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears -

"boat" has the same meaning as in the Fisheries Act;

"Fisheries Act" means the Fisheries Act 1952;

"plan of management" means the plan of management entitled "Plan of
Management No. 1 - Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery" determined by
the Minister on 10 October 1985 under sub-section 7B(1) of the
Fisheries Act, as that plan of management is in force from time to
time;

"the Act" means the Fisheries Levy Act 1984.
