1993 No. 120 FISHING LEVY (EAST COAST DEEP WATER FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 2

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"East Coast Deep Water Fishery" means that part of the Australian fishing zone
that is specified in the Schedule;

"fishing permit" means a fishing permit for fishing in the East Coast Deep
Water Fishery;

"Levy Act" means the Fishing Levy Act 1991;

"Management Act" means the Fisheries Management Act 1991.
