1993 No. 120 FISHING LEVY (EAST COAST DEEP WATER FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. For the purposes of section 110 of the Management Act, levy is due and
payable:

   (a)  in the case of a fishing permit granted before the commencement of
        these Regulations-on or before 30 June 1993; and

   (b)  in any other case-on the grant of a fishing permit.
