1992 No. 12 FISHERIES LEVY (EAST COAST TUNA LONGLINE FISHERY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

  4.1   Omit paragraphs 5 (a) and (b), substitute:


"(a) for endorsement of a licence included in the class of endorsements
prescribed in paragraph 4 (a)-$2,000;

   (b)  for endorsement of a licence included in the class of endorsements
        prescribed in paragraph 4 (b)-$2,000;

   (c)  for endorsement of a licence included in the class of endorsements
        prescribed in paragraph 4 (c)-$1,000;

   (d)  for endorsement of a licence included in the class of endorsements
        prescribed in paragraph 4 (d)-no levy;

   (e)  for endorsement of a licence included in the class of endorsements
        prescribed in paragraph 4 (e)-$2,000;

   (f)  for endorsement of a licence included in the class of endorsements
        prescribed in paragraph 4 (f)-$1,000;

   (g)  for endorsement of a licence included in the class of endorsements
        prescribed in paragraph 4 (g)-$1,000.".*3*

*3*NOTE: The Fisheries Legislation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991
provides that a licence granted under section 9 of the Fisheries Act 1952
continues in force under the Fisheries Management Act 1991.
