(1) The Secretary may, by written notice given to an accredited family dispute resolution practitioner:
(a) add a condition to the accreditation; or
(b) vary a condition of the accreditation; or
(c) revoke a condition of the accreditation.
(2) A notice under subregulation (1) must include:
(a) the Secretary's reasons for adding, varying or revoking the condition; and
(b) the practitioner's review rights under regulation 24.
(3) Failure by the Secretary to comply with subregulation (2) does not affect the validity of a condition.
