1993 No. 291 FISHING LEVY (WESTERN DEEP WATER TRAWL FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. For the purposes of section 110 of the Management Act, levy is due and
payable:

   (a)  if the fishing permit was granted before the commencement of these
        Regulations-on or before 30 November 1993; and

   (b)  if the fishing permit was granted after that commencement-on the grant
        of the permit.
