1994 No. 72 FISHING LEVY (NORTH EAST DEMERSAL LINE FISHERY) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Amount of levy

"3. For the purposes of section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy
prescribed for a fishing permit is:

   (a)  in the case of a fishing permit granted on or before 30 June
        1993-$1,575; and

   (b)  in the case of a fishing permit granted in the period beginning on 1
        July 1993 and ending at the end of 30 June 1994-$1,464.".
