Prescribed units of fishing capacity
4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 5 (bc) of the Act, a unit of fishing
capacity allocated in accordance with the plan of management is a prescribed
unit of fishing capacity.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph 5 (bd) of the Act, a unit of fishing
capacity renewed in accordance with the plan of management is a prescribed
unit of fishing capacity.
