1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 16.01

16.01. In this Part:

"ETBF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Eastern Tuna and Billfish
Fishery;

"WBSTF fishing permit" means a fishing permit for the Western Tuna and
Billfish Fishery, or the Southern Tuna and Billfish Fishery, or both;

"Zone Z" means the area within the area of the Southern Tuna and Billfish
Fishery described in Division 2 of Part 11 of Schedule 1A to the Fisheries
Management Regulations.
