1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 17.01

17.01. In this Part:

"fishing concession" means a fishing concession that authorises the use of a
boat in an informally managed fishery;

"informally managed fishery" means a fishery:

   (a)  for which no plan of management has been made under section 17 of the
        Act; and

   (b)  not described in regulation 4B of the Fisheries Management
        Regulations.
